Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Ltd is India’s largest banking and smart card manufacturer. The company provides end-to-end card solutions including card creation, design, manufacturing, and delivery. It serves public and private sector banks, fintech companies, and government departments.


The company has expanded its footprint globally across the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Middle East & Africa regions. Its international presence supports diversified customer reach and global operations.


It operates 10 advanced factory facilities with 19 production units spread across 11 cities. These state-of-the-art setups enable large-scale manufacturing and efficient service delivery.


Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited maintained steady top-line expansion from FY24 to FY26, with Total Revenue increasing from ₹1,247.52 Crs to ₹1,326.75 Crs. Earnings peaked in FY25 before softening in FY26, resulting in Profit After Tax (PAT) moving from ₹248.02 Crs in FY24 to a high of ₹283.16 Crs in FY25, and settling at ₹257.62 Crs (EPS of ₹11.26) in FY26. Despite earnings volatility, the company significantly strengthened its balance sheet, with Shareholders' Funds expanding sharply from ₹89.61 Crs to ₹791.90 Crs over the period.


The promoters of Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited comprise individual and corporate entities. The individual promoters are Tonse Gautham Pai, T. Satish U. Pai, and Sandhya S. Pai. The corporate promoters are Manipal Technologies Limited, Manipal Media Network Limited, Tridevitha Consultancy Services Private Limited, and Tridevita Family Trust – 2017. Together, the promoters hold 139,302,995 equity shares of face value ₹2 each, representing 62.10% of the Company’s fully diluted paid-up equity share capital.


Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions Limited is making Fresh Issue-cum-Offer for Sale (fresh issue – 94,39,528 shares and offer for sale - 1,43,06,785 shares) of up to 2,37,46,313 shares having face value of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs 805 crs within the price band of Rs 322-229 per share. 23,74,631 shares offered to retail, while 35,61,947 shares offered to the Non-Institutional HNI category, 1,78,09,735 shares to QIBs and XX shares to Anchor investors.


The shares will be listed on the BSE platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and NSE platform of the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
